Onsite Service Model: IntelliSoft can set-up an entire team of technical professionals at your location. By providing onsite service, our clients benefit from an ongoing production environment and the ability to oversee day-to-day development and progress of the project at hand. By gaining a full understanding of our client's needs, IntelliSoft utilizes its project management skills and expertise to take full responsibility for an entire project from start to finish.
Virtual Team / Offshore Development Model: Due to the extensive amount of resources available to IntelliSoft, we are able to provide services via our offshore development facilities in New Delhi , India . This model is most cost-effective.
Fixed Cost Development Model: If you have well-defined requirements, we can offer you a fixed cost solution. This eliminates the uncertainties of development cost and helps in planning your project budget in advance. This is best suited for clients with complete project specifications in place. If you do not already have well defined requirements, we can first develop your requirements on a Time and Material basis and then, provide you with a Fixed Cost solution.
Time and Management Model: All project are not Fixed Cost model based. Some projects require fixed resources to work on them. Client is charged based on resource utilization in terms of hours.
Consulting Service Model: IntelliSoft is also able to draw upon and utilize the support of its vast array of resources in India depending on the specific requirements of our clients. This consultation service model helps to address short term and extremely specialized expectations. IntelliSoft is not directly involved in consulting business; we offer these services to our clients as extension to our core business.
Joint Development: Intellisoft likes working on long-term basis. Development cost is a big hurdle for the clients who want to do something new and create its own niche. On revenue sharing and risk sharing basis, we handle joint development type of project. Revenue Sharing model differs project to project.
