Civil Engineering & Land-Surveying
Survey plats, land records, and other legal documents are gathered and used to begin a survey project. Surveyors use precise instruments, procedures, and computations to accurately locate and define geographic features while conducting field surveys that range from cadastral to engineering construction layout. Engineers design and build structures and infrastructures on geography measured by surveyors.

Telecommunications
GIS application enables telecommunication professionals to integrate location-based data into analysis and management processes in network planning and operations, marketing and sales, customer care, data management, and many other planning and problem-solving tasks. A GIS can integrate location-based data from databases all over the world to help you resolve and streamline everyday business tasks.

Location-Based Services
We provide application developers with geospatial server software and commercial Web services. With these servers and services, you can build new Web and wireless applications faster or enhance existing ones with location, addresses, points of interest, and routing directions.

GIS Applications

Retail and Commercial Business
GIS can help you manage a world of information about sales, customers, inventory, demographic profiles, mailing lists, and so much more..

Financial Services
GIS technology provides financial institutions with insight about their customers' purchasing habits, financial behavior, and needs for additional products or services. As a result, banks and insurance companies are able to target their best prospects and more accurately target marketing and advertising resources

Insurance
GIS helps insurance companies flourish by giving you the tools to leverage this geographic component to manage your exposure to loss. We provide a key tool to understand the customers, policies, claims, risk, and assets.

Mass Communication
GIS software provides the data model and tools needed to store, analyze, and display information that can be readily shared and understood. These applications combine layers of information about a place to give you a better understanding.

Hospitals and Health Systems
GIS provides a common analytical framework in which public health authorities can understand problems and formulate a response, improving incident management and health planning.

Methodology

Getting application development right is about having a clear understanding of how the application will interact with every other piece in your system, and then optimizing the interactions for maximum performance. Powerful solutions are about selecting the right technology. And ultimately powerful solutions are about being totally intuitive, useable, and complementary to the user.

Custom GIS application development is our specialty and we love to do it. We know how to make software work, and work correctly, and make it functional the way you want. We start with an initial client consultation.

Our proposals are thorough. They will include a discussion of the project background, technology plan, project schedule, a description of our team and our company, and the firm, fixed fee we propose to charge for the work. Next we complete a software requirements review. Additionally, we finalize the project schedule, milestones, deliverables schedule, and issue and risk management plans.

The actual application development is done on our site and we generally provide remote access so the client can be apprised of project progress as well as for application testing.

Solution Installation may take place remotely or on your site. It is usually a matter of client convenience and is agreed upon well ahead of actual installation. What follows here is training and support. Our method here is simple; we don't stop training until your people are making the data sing. And when it comes to support, we'll we just don't stop. We're here for you.

Implementation

We start GIS implementation with assessment. We look first at how you will use the GIS, both now and in the future. We study your business processes and workflows. Next we look at existing systems; the GIS in place and any other system which will be asked to interact and integrate with it. We will look in the nooks and crannies of the entire system; we want to know its strongest points, its weakest spots. The next step is to look for the best technology available for the job. Not necessarily the most recent, but always the most appropriate.

We can make recommendations for hardware; software and network configurations and develop custom applications. We can develop an implementation-planning document and be available for your staff via phone support and email throughout the process.

Technology

We are quite efficient in developing GIS applications using VB.net, C#.net, ASP.net, VC++, Visual Basic, ActiveX, CGI, HTML, ASP, XML, and other related programming languages .

GIS Consulting

To support GIS enterprise deployments, the Systems Integration Services team provides

  • System architecture design consulting
  • Web architecture design
  • Vendor solutions

A geographic information system is a system for management, analysis, and display of geographic knowledge, which is represented using a series of information sets such as geographic data sets, processing and work flow models, data models, and metadata. It can produce information that answers specific questions and allows you to share that information with others. Through the relationships, connections, and patterns in data, you can make informed decisions and increase efficiency throughout your organization.

In the case of GIS application development, we not only develop the applications, but also provide an effective consultancy to our customers. Since we have members in our team who have experience of developing these applications for more than a decade.
